Our client are looking for a driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team at their Brentwood Office. As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be at the heart of property transactions - connecting people with their dream homes, securing deals, and building lasting relationships. The role as a Senior Sales Negotiator Identify potential buyers and sellers, respond to inquiries by email, face to face and telephone Arranging and carrying out viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers Negotiating offers and securing successful sales Undertaking Valuations and securing new instructions Managing listings, marketing campaigns and client communication Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator A hunger for success and a proactive, can do attitude Confidence in negotiation Strong organisational and attention to detail skills A genuine passion for property Strong customer / communication skills UK driving licence If you want to further your career that rewards ambition and hard work, this is the opportunity for you, apply today We like to speak to every application, but due to the current climate this is not always possible.
