OverviewCustomer Delivery Manager Our fast-growing fintech client offers a range of payments services and are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Delivery Manager who is keen to grow a career in the Fintech industry. All training will be provided. You will be a perfect fit if you are enthusiastic, highly organised and ready to join a dynamic team at an exciting stage of growth. You will report to the Head of Card Operations, ensuring all day to day tasks are co-ordinated so that projects are delivered to agreed timescales and live dates.Day to day you willManage managing plans effectively, producing status dashboards and running project meetingsLiaise with external stakeholders (including clients and card schemes)Lead on project delivery initiatives with internal teams working closely with compliance, scheme, finance and integration teamsManage all stakeholders of all levels of seniority, co-ordinating & motivating them to complete actions and ensuring timely delivery against plansWhat you’ll needEssential:A go – getting attitude with the ability to “get stuff done”Be decisive, autonomous and work well under pressureBe able to resolve conflicts and problem solveExcellent communication skillsExcellent organisational skills including attention to detail and multitaskingGood IT skillsNICE TO HAVE:Experience of using SmartSheets or another PM toolFintech/Payments experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
