Teaching small class sizes, you will be supported by experienced Teaching Assistants to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. This role requires a SEND Class Teacher with previous experience teaching children with special educational needs. Job Role: Teaching a Key Stage 3 & 4 class, adapting lessons to meet students' diverse needs. Creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. Managing behaviour effectively and fostering a positive classroom culture. Working collaboratively with support staff and leadership to provide tailored learning.
