What you'll be doingWe're working with an industry-leading, purpose-led business that is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Executive to strengthen their content marketing performance. You'll be owning and optimising content strategy across thought leadership, brand voice, and integrated campaigns to help grow the customer base and improve engagement outcomes. You could be a Content Marketing Manager, Senior Content Executive, Brand Content Specialist, Content Strategist or similar. If you have experience in the B2B or manufacturing sector, this would be highly advantageousThis role will give you the opportunity to join a passionate and growing team, reporting into the Content Team leadership. You\'ll be responsible for driving engagement through compelling storytelling and content creation, with a strong focus on performance, brand voice, and continuous improvement. You\'ll work closely with stakeholders across Product, UX, and Customer Experience teams to deliver campaigns that are insight-led and results-driven. It\'s a great mix of hands-on content creation and strategic oversight. From developing thought leadership pieces and managing brand tone of voice, to running integrated campaigns and shaping wider content strategy. This role would be focusing on content development across editorial, social, video and digital channels, plus using AI tools and data insights to create high-performing, on-brand content efficiently. You\'ll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure all activity delivers maximum impact. Experience working in a fast-paced B2B environment with strong commercial focus would be a real bonus.What experience you\'ll need to applyExtensive experience in B2B content marketing with proven campaign creation and delivery track recordStrong storytelling and writing skills with creative eye for copy and contentConfident using AI tools for content creation and familiar with content performance metricsExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationshipsStrong commercial mindset with ability to translate brand values into powerful storiesA strategic creative thinker with hands-on approach and attention to detailBackground in copywriting or journalism with strong editorial judgementWhat you\'ll get in returnA competitive base salary, plus a great benefits package including yearly discretionary bonus, 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays), 15% non-contributory pension, private medical insurance, and hybrid working (3 days per week in the Bristol office).
