The Role As a Trade Marketing Coordinator for Skin Rocks, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing plans across our retail partners (currently Liberty, Space NK, and Brown Thomas/Arnotts) and our growing Professional (Pro) channel. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help implement strategic initiatives, retail activations, and commercial campaigns that drive visibility, sell-through, and partner engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is skincare-obsessed, proactive, highly organised, and excited by the fast pace of a high-growth beauty brand. You should be comfortable working under pressure, adaptable to positive change, and bring a sense of humour to the team. Responsibilities Retail & Trade Marketing Support the day-to-day management of key retail partners, including Liberty, Space NK and Brown Thomas/Arnotts. Assist in the implementation of retail marketing plans and activation calendars. Coordinate visual merchandising updates, ensuring brand consistency and strong in-store presentation. Manage the creation, delivery, and execution of trade marketing assets (e.g., crib sheets, sales copy, POS materials, education tools). Support NPD launches across retail partners, including ensuring partners have assets and information in advance. Coordinate GWP and promotional marketing activities from concept through to execution, working closely with operations, creative and external suppliers where needed. Maintain and update partner-specific timelines, launch trackers, and retail marketing calendars. Professional (Pro) Channel Marketing Support the execution of marketing initiatives for the Skin Rocks Pro channel to drive awareness, engagement, and commercial performance. Coordinate marketing materials and communication tools for Pro partners and practitioners. Work cross-functionally with design, communications, and content teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation. Update and manage timelines, project plans, and partner communications for Pro marketing campaigns. General Marketing Support Raise and track marketing purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate reconciliation with the Marketing Manager. Assist with organisation and logistics for events, trainings, and partner presentations where needed. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a similar role ideally within the beauty industry. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
