This role is ideal for qualified teachers looking for long-term work with some flexibility. Dates: January July 2026 Days: Monday Thursday preferred (full 5 days considered) Workload: Minimal marking and some planning involved You ll join a school with a strong pastoral ethos, supportive faculty teams, and a commitment to student achievement. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging Science lessons at KS3 Follow pre-set schemes of work with minimal planning Support student learning and behaviour in line with school expectations Provide feedback to students and colleagues as required Essential Criteria Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching Science in secondary schools Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Ability to differentiate learning for mixed-ability classes Right to work in the UK Why Join Cover People?
