About the role Heart of Supply is delighted to be recruiting Year 1 Teachers to support our valued partner schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, commencing January 2026. We're seeking enthusiastic, reliable Year 1 Teachers who can quickly build rapport with young learners, manage behaviour positively, and bring a calm, reassuring presence to the classroom. Whether you're supporting pupils as they secure their early phonics skills, guiding them through hands‑on learning activities, or fostering their growing independence, you'll be making a meaningful difference every day.
