About the role Heart of Supply is delighted to be recruiting Year 1 Teachers to support our valued partner schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, commencing January 2026. This rewarding and flexible role includes day‑to‑day, short‑term, and longer‑term opportunities within Key Stage 1. You'll have the chance to work in a range of welcoming schools across Lincoln, delivering engaging and age‑appropriate lessons, following well‑prepared plans, and helping to provide a warm, consistent learning environment for pupils at this important stage in their early education. We're seeking enthusiastic, reliable Year 1 Teachers who can quickly build rapport with young learners, manage behaviour positively, and bring a calm, reassuring presence to the classroom. Whether you're supporting pupils as they secure their early phonics skills, guiding them through hands‑on learning activities, or fostering their growing independence, you'll be making a meaningful difference every day.
