Infrastructure & Utilities Delivery Lead Join to apply for the Infrastructure & Utilities Delivery Lead role at Mactech Energy Group located at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. The position reports directly to the CSS Senior Infrastructure, Utilities & Integration Delivery Lead and is responsible for the delivery and implementation of the Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance Contract. The contract involves construction, operation and maintenance of temporary assets required for the HPC project, including but not limited to minor civils, road networks, pedestrian and vehicular access plazas, shared office grounds, traffic management and winterisation. Principal Accountabilities Manage day‑to‑day provision of a critical site support service to a construction workforce of circa 14,000. Be accountable for ensuring all statutory, regulatory and site controls are complied with. Form effective relationships with service contract partners and champion clarity, respect, positivity, humility and integrity. Ensure the contract partner’s team are fully competent to perform their assigned roles and that any shortfalls are reported to the Senior Infrastructure, Utilities & Integration Delivery Lead without delay. Develop and implement plans to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations and the project work schedule. Ensure early intervention to avoid escalation of issues affecting service delivery by working in the spirit of a "one team" approach. Qualifications Management or leadership experience in a service‑lead environment. Experience of working in a high‑security environment. Must be confident in own abilities and able to deliver in a dynamic environment. Willingness to learn from both successes and failures. Proven experience within a large project environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships. Willingness to work cooperatively with local supply chain partners. Degree‑standard education in a related subject or related experience and skillsets. Experience with and developing budgets. Recognised and certificated "Behavioural Safety Programme".
