In Sales, we’re all about growing the UK business and we know the future of ADP depends on hiring people who can make a difference here. You will connect with prospects and sell ADP's products and services to businesses with up to 300 employees. You will sell to one to two decision makers and will be expected to demo our software and manage the entire sales cycle through first contact to the final close. Leads will be passed from marketing but you will generate further new business leads yourself through networking, cross-selling, upselling and cold-calling. This is a sophisticated consultative sale which requires listening to the client and tailoring solutions to their needs. The successful candidate will be upbeat, positive and friendly and at ease talking on the phone to senior decision-makers, qualifying opportunities and closing business. The day-to-day Be proactive with new prospects Use various methods (social selling and CRM data) to source new opportunities Identify HR/Payroll pain points and engage prospects to a live project Stay up-to-date with market trends and educate prospects on insights, threats, or opportunities to improve HR/Payroll processes Work to KPIs and targets for activity and meetings booked Collaborate with your Leader and colleagues to define campaigns directing outreach activity Demonstrate ADP Solutions Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle with prospects Cleansing and managing your own data to ensure effective strategy Are you right for the role? Based in the UK, within daily commutable distance to our Staines office Ideally some previous experience within a complex sales environment Track record of carrying and achieving a sales quota for at least 12 months A great attitude with a willingness to learn Competitive nature – a desire to be the best Flexible attitude Enthusiastic and ambitious, with a clear desire to progress within a large organisation Articulate with good business acumen and commercial awareness Experience of using a CRM System (ideally Salesforce) – preferred but not essential What’s in it for you?
