About the role As a Hearing Aid Technician, you’ll be part of a dynamic, high-performing service team dedicated to delivering the best quality hearing solutions to Sonova customers across the UK and Europe. In a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, you’ll use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and precision manufacturing techniques to create, customise, and repair small, intricate hearing instruments that make a real difference in people’s lives. You’ll contribute to a culture of quality, efficiency, and teamwork — cross-training across multiple functions to support production needs while developing valuable technical and problem-solving skills. In return for your precision, dedication, and eye for detail, you’ll join a environment where craftsmanship, collaboration, and purpose come together. More about the role Use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to design, modify, and prepare digital models of hearing aid components and shells Collaborate with colleagues across production and quality teams to ensure every product meets Sonova’s high standards for accuracy and performance Cross-train in adjacent production functions to support operational flexibility Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, following all health and safety procedures Perform visual and functional inspections to verify compliance with quality requirements Complete all required documentation accurately and in line with company standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance production processes More about you Excellent English — able to communicate clearly and understand technical information.
