About the Role We are seeking a Head of Commercial Intelligence & Planning to lead a global team responsible for driving data‑driven strategies that optimize commercial performance and enable informed decision‑making across a large international organization. This role is pivotal in shaping how we plan, allocate, and manage territories and quotas to accelerate growth and deliver predictable revenue outcomes. As the architect of our commercial planning vision, you will design and scale frameworks that enhance seller efficiency, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure equitable territory distribution. Leveraging advanced analytics and AI‑driven insights, you will transform planning processes to be more predictive, adaptive, and automated – empowering leaders and teams to consistently exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Territory Planning & ManagementOwn the global territory design and allocation process, ensuring fair, data‑driven coverage models that maximize market opportunity and seller productivity. Oversee annual planning cycles, in‑year adjustments, and governance of territory changes. Quota Setting & GovernanceLead the development and implementation of quota methodologies aligned with business objectives. Use AI‑powered forecasting models to improve accuracy and transparency in quota assignments. AI‑Driven Commercial IntelligenceIntroduce and scale machine learning and predictive analytics to optimize territory design, quota setting, and revenue forecasting. Drive automation of planning workflows to reduce cycle times and improve precision. Global Sales Cadence & Rhythm of BusinessDefine and implement world‑class operating rhythms – daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly – to drive accountability and consistent achievement of bookings and revenue goals. Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Process DesignDevelop scalable processes for market segmentation, white space identification, and execution of data‑driven sales strategies across regions. Pipeline & Funnel AnalyticsLead global pipeline analysis across the entire revenue funnel, delivering actionable insights on marketing ROI, sales effectiveness, and conversion performance. Commercial Intelligence Centre of ExcellenceBuild and lead a centralized hub for reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights for commercial teams and senior leadership. Executive Stakeholder EngagementPartner with global leaders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to align priorities, share insights, and influence strategic decisions. Operational ExcellenceManage multiple complex initiatives in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years in commercial planning, revenue operations, or analytics leadership roles. Proven success in territory planning, quota setting, and sales operations leadership within a global organization. Expertise with enterprise data, CRM, and analytics platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, BI tools). Experience implementing AI/ML solutions for forecasting, segmentation, or planning. Exceptional command of English (written and spoken). Desired Skills & Attributes Strategic, data‑driven mindset with strong business acumen. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across global teams. Advanced analytical skills with a talent for storytelling through data.
