Base pay range Robert Walters is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in the financial services sector to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and strategic HR professional to lead the HR function across the region, with a strong focus on UK operations. Key Responsibilities HR Leadership: Provide expert HR guidance to leadership teams across Europe and develop regional HR plans aligned with global strategy. Employee Relations & Policy Management: Act as the primary advisor on employee relations matters. Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment across European offices. Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation reviews, bonus processes, benefits administration, and ensure GDPR compliance while producing insightful HR analytics. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Generalists, Office Managers, and administrative staff to foster a collaborative and high‑performing culture. Culture & Engagement: Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture through engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and well‑being strategies. Office Management: Oversee office operations to ensure a productive environment that supports employees' needs. About You Progressive HR experience, including team leadership. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices (essential). Experience within financial services or asset management (preferred). Exposure to managing HR across multiple European jurisdictions (advantageous). Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive positive change.
