They train up to 80 apprentices a year, while apprentices work with businesses around the North West (and sometimes further afield). Training is delivered by industry professionals from their sister company, Tangerine Communications. Sessions are a hybrid of face‑to‑face learning within the academy and online delivery via Zoom. Apprentices also receive on‑the‑job training. The final three months is the assessment period during which apprentices produce a portfolio of work and complete a series of assessments. Full digital marketing training is provided on‑the‑job and off‑the‑job. The Juice Academy partners with Apprentify, who support apprentices in the workplace through development coaching. Salary & Working Pattern Salary: £23,000–£25,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive starting salary with room to grow as you develop your skills and impact.
