Reporting to the National Head of Maintenance you will follow a maintenance schedule as outlined by the Company, inspecting, and verifying the status of employer assets, making repairs and adjustments as needed. This role does require you to travel to our properties across the North East and surrounding areas. A company van and fuel card will be provided. There will also be an element of on call needed. This is a full-time 40hr contract - working 5 days over 7 days. You will conduct general maintenance of buildings including undertaking repairs and responding to guest emergency call outs providing an excellent standard of work and customer service. You will be skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Job duties vary from performing highly technical maintenance work like electrical maintenance to more everyday maintenance where you will be completing routine and emergency repairs to buildings, equipment, fixtures, fittings and building systems. To excel in this position, you must be an outstanding problem solver with exceptional communication and organisational skills. We're looking for a candidate who is hardworking, sets high standards, likes a challenge, is a team player and who understands customer service excellence. Skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. IT Literate and be able to use applications and upload documents.
