The Role Digital Solutions Operations Supervisor at our Rugby location, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between 2pm and 10pm. Key Accountabilities Promote and maintain a high standard of operational excellence and personnel management, supervising all operational activity and personnel within the agreed parameters. Ensure daily priorities and issues are communicated to direct reports and relevant colleagues, impacting work in progress, delivery schedules, pipeline forecasts, and commercial objectives. Keep colleagues updated on operational or supply chain issues, productivity improvements, service improvements, and cost‑saving initiatives. Agree, monitor, and update a service delivery plan that commercially maximises the facility’s resources while meeting or exceeding client expectations. Agree and continually monitor/update a pipeline forecast and work‑in‑progress stream for all service deliverables. Ensure that a detailed and factual list of daily service deliverables is established, maintained, and monitored at all times. Set, monitor and continually seek to improve operational performance; share best practices through regular performance reviews and feedback. Ensure specific and detailed SOP workflows are communicated effectively and employees are trained and equipped accordingly, maintaining evidential training records. Ensure detailed TQA processes and procedures are followed according to requirement. Maintain a commercially viable operation through daily monitoring/interrogation of financial results. Ensure that produced client products and services achieve or exceed agreed cost‑over‑recovery objectives. Ensure local Iron Mountain DS contracts are delivered against agreed cost models; plan or initiate corrective action where performance falls below required objectives. Key Skills & Experience Previous experience within document scanning & logistics, data processing, or similar environment. Proven operational leadership in document logistics or similar environment. Strong people management skills. Client relationship management. Planning & forecasting. Quality assurance & process improvement. Financial management. Communication & reporting. Problem‑solving.
