Key Responsibilities Collaborate as part of the Pharmacy team to deliver healthcare services, including administering medications to patients. Contribute to providing a high-quality pharmacy service and support medicines management initiatives aimed at reducing health inequalities within the prison setting. Offer pharmacy-related advice and information to patients, prison staff, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring guidance is tailored to individual needs. Work independently within the scope of professional competence while serving as a resource and support for less experienced colleagues. Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy services across all residential wings, which may involve advising patients on the correct and safe use of their medication.
