They are currently seeking an Individual Needs Assistant (SEN) to join their primary team on a full-time, term-time only basis (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).ResponsibilitiesSpend 80% of time supporting SEN learners on a 1:1 basis, with the remaining time working in small groupsSupport learners with profound needs where requiredContribute to delivering a broad, balanced curriculum tailored to meet each pupil's unique needsCollaborate with the team to monitor progress and adapt approaches as neededQualificationsRelevant Teaching Assistant experience (must be able to provide references)Relevant knowledge of the current national curriculumEligibility to work in the UKBenefitsAccessible Public transport linksSchool hours/term time onlyPermanent positionTop of the range technology and resourcesSupportive Senior leadershipBrilliant career progression opportunitiesApplication detailsAll applicants for this position must have the listed requirements to be considered.
