What you’ll be doing Collaborating with the Maintenance Operations Manager and S&W Team Leader to manage Unity and BT stock requirements effectively. Communicating with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and operational transparency. Ensuring compliance with BT Health & Safety guidelines and escalating concerns appropriately. Taking a proactive approach to resolving team-level issues, escalating when necessary to leadership. Overseeing accurate stock booking in / out and maintaining robust inventory control systems. Supporting operational efficiency through diligent stock management and process adherence. What skills you’ll need Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on leveraging application support to drive efficiencies. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward customer service and issue resolution. Skilled in using BT systems and reporting tools to identify and drive efficiencies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with financial awareness. High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data handling and reporting.
