Key Responsibilities Originate and structure Fund Finance transactions that meet OakNorth’s lending criteria Manage and develop existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities in the market Collaborate with the execution team on Fund Finance deals Enhance OakNorth’s market profile through engagement with SMEs, KBIs, advisors, and private equity firms Assess organic and inorganic growth opportunities for OakNorth Bank Prepare and analyze financial accounts, models, and credit memorandums Ensure transaction documentation complies with approved terms and credit sanctioning policies Meet team and individual targets for profit, credit quality, customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction Drive product innovation to improve customer experience while maintaining asset quality Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and OakNorth Bank values at all times Report to Credit in line with policy and provide full credit reports to sanctioning authorities What We Are Looking For Deep knowledge of SME or Fund Finance banking environments Previous experience as a Fund Finance originator Background in front‑office and risk within SME commercial banking Strong communication and customer‑facing skills Understanding of business process strategy and credit policies Excellent credit financial analysis and modelling skills, including writing structured credit papers Experience analysing senior, stretched senior, and mezzanine cash‑flow secured or unsecured transactions Experience presenting credit cases to a credit committee Strong problem‑solving ability Degree in Finance, Commerce, or equivalent Benefits and Perks Equity participation to align interests 25 days holiday Personalised benefit opt‑ins Subsidised private medical insurance with Bupa Enhanced maternity and paternity leave Wellbeing and social events In‑house barista bar in the London office Paid volunteering time off Salary sacrifice schemes (cycle‑to‑work, nursery, gym, electric car) Key Skills Accounting Software, Forecasting, Financial Report Writing, GAAP, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Financial Management, Financial Planning Employment Details Employment Type: Full‑Time Experience: 1+ years (Director level) Vacancies: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
