We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of one of our clients to oversee roofing and external works projects across London and Surrey. This is a hands‑on role for a commercial professional who thrives managing multiple contracts, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of contracts for roofing, façade, and external works projects. Prepare and review contract documentation, valuations, and variations. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues. Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts to ensure profitability. Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and contractual obligations. Support the operations team to improve project delivery and efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience managing contracts specifically in roofing, cladding, or external building works. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial management, and procurement processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects across London and Surrey. Relevant qualifications in construction, contracts, or commercial management are preferred.
