Security Team Leader - Nights Location: Bradbourne Drive, Tilbrook, Buckinghamshire, MK7 8BJ Employment type: Permanent Hours: Full Time, 42 hours per week Pay: £14.89 per hour Responsibilities Manage a team of security officers Completing line management duties including monitoring quality of work, performance management, rota planning, conduct regular one-to-one meetings and supporting team development. Conducting weekly audits of the front of house areas including security Ensuring the maintenance and tidiness of the security desk including filing systems, log books, folders and ALL documentation Managing and maintaining the access control system including access control passes, CCTV and carpark barriers, shutters and gates Managing all sickness/leave/holiday request, arranging cover Benefits Lifestyle Benefits – Mortgage and financial advice, vouchers for various shopping outlets and food stores, employee referral scheme.
