Production Line Leader – AM Shift at Duxvalves We are an established manufacturer of MDF products, seeking an experienced production line leader to manage our AM shift operations. Contract: 38 hour contract permanent, 9.5 hour day (30‑minute unpaid break). Working Mondays to Thursdays 2:55 pm – 12:55 am. Salary: Up to £16.84 ph / £33,275 DOE. Benefits: Competitive salary, childcare vouchers, employee recognition, company socials and more. Responsibilities Ensure each production line meets daily and weekly targets. Manage line manpower and maintain correct staffing levels. Report breakdowns to maintenance and ensure swift resolution. Maintain product quality to meet customer expectations. Ensure compliance with company H&S policies and procedures. Collaborate with the team to target zero accidents. Contribute to capital investment planning. Complete daily and weekly PPM records. Qualifications Previous team leader experience in a similar manufacturing environment. Experience with Weinig Powermat, Hydromat or equivalent machine settings (preferred). Strong motivational and team‑leading skills. Excellent communication skills with maintenance and other departments. Ability to cover tool‑room duties when required.
