If you're someone who enjoys working with young people, thrives in a busy environment and understands the importance of a safe and enjoyable lunchtime, we'd love to hear from you.About the roleThis is a 10 hours per week, term time (+5) position (39 weeks per year), working Monday to Friday across the lunch period. You'll be part of a small, friendly team making sure every pupil enjoys a positive and safe break.You will:Supervise pupils in the dining hall, outdoor and other areas, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all timesSupport positive behaviour and help resolve minor issues calmly and fairlyClear and clean the dining space once lunch is finishedBe alert to any concerns and pass these on to the appropriate staffYou'll be approachable, calm under pressure and confident in working with children aged 11 to 16.This role is not eligible for sponsorship.About our schoolLift Unity City is a thriving and diverse school in Middlesbrough, known for its sharp focus on student success.
