Your mission will be to put the company front-of-mind for our target audiences - from end users to our dealer network - using products, campaigns, and compelling content to tell our story and grow our market presence. In this fast-paced role, you will balance long-term brand-building with day-to-day marketing delivery. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to deliver group-wide marketing campaigns, while ensuring they are adapted and localised for maximum relevance and impact in the UK market. You will also support our external sales team, helping them strengthen relationships with customers and drive activity in dealerships, as well as on our dealer-inclusive online platform.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the charge in driving UK brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.Collaborate with the global marketing team to deliver global campaigns, putting a local spin on them to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the UK market.Actively seek out product and market information to create engaging, accurate, and persuasive content.Support external sales team with marketing materials, campaigns, and tools to help support customers and dealers.Build campaigns that both strengthen the company brand and increase turnover for your product areas.Create content for multiple channels - social media, email, website content pages - tailored to different audiences (B2B and B2C).Plan and execute segmented email campaigns to targeted customer groups.Support dealer marketing activities designed to bring end users into dealerships or onto our online platform.Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.Assist in planning and promoting events and exhibitions (experience helpful but not essential).Ideal Person Skills & QualificationsProven experience in a similar agricultural marketing role.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment - B2B or B2C.Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.Excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.Excellent spoken and written communication skills.Confident using Microsoft Office packages.An interest or experience in AI developments and/or paid advertising is advantageous but not essential - a willingness to learn is key.CIM qualification or working towards it is a plus.Design and event experience are advantageous but not essential.Experience withSocial media management and content creation.Copywriting and editing for marketing campaigns.Building content pages in a CMS.Email marketing and segmentation.Campaign planning and execution.How to applyPlease click on the APPLY NOW button.As we are a specialist recruitment business within the Agricultural and Farming industry, we do require that ALL applicants must hold an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent qualification which is relevant and necessary for the job that you are applying for.The Industry (Key Words): Agricultural marketing jobs, marketing jobs, agricultural jobs, marketing specialist jobs, agricultural marketing specialist jobs, agricultural marketing executive jobs, agriculture marketing jobs, agricultural marketing assistant jobs.We thank all applicants who apply for this role.
