Job TitleHR Data & Reporting Coordinator at Sizewell C Job DescriptionSizewell C is a government‑funded nuclear power project in Suffolk, operating on a regulated asset base model. As the HR Data and Reporting Coordinator, you will support organisational change, manage data for safety and compliance, and produce key HR reports. LocationSuffolk or Ipswich (3 days per week onsite) with occasional travel to the London office. Employment BasisPermanent, full‑time, office‑based contract with hybrid flexibility. You must be able to attend the office in person when business requires. Salary and Benefits£30,000 – £37,000, dependent on experience, plus bonus, market‑leading pension and flexible benefits. Closing DateWednesday 10th December 2025 Key Responsibilities• Review organisational change submissions and Management of Change (MoC) documentation.• Maintain the Nuclear and Environmental Baseline report, ensuring alignment with training and competence data.• Keep organisational charts updated and submit regular reports to the regulator (ONR).• Support the MoC Committee and regulatory meetings: prepare agendas, distribute documents, capture minutes and actions.• Develop and manage people dashboards using Power BI (or similar) and produce monthly HR and people reports from multiple data sources.• Act as SME on records management and electronic storage for SuccessFactors by SAP.• Partner with the Resource Planning Lead on long‑term strategic resource plans. Qualifications and ExperienceStrong Excel skills and analytical mindset.Experience processing high volumes of data from multiple sources.Ability to interpret reports, metrics, and documentation for diverse stakeholders.Knowledge of quality assurance and control techniques.A history of taking personal accountability for problem resolution.Pragmatic approach to procedural flexibility.Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and organisation skills.Experience advising leaders on procedure compliance.Demonstrated ability to work across teams.Familiarity with the MoC and Competence Compliance processes is advantageous.
