Overview Senior / Quantity Surveyor – a market leading building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in Surrey, Hampshire and the South East. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a company with an impressive pipeline of work and a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression. About the company The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a company that specialises in high-end / prime refurbishments and new builds. They have a turnover of around £20 million and are long-standing with a reputation for delivering an exceptional standard of work. Projects range from £2 million to £10 million and are amongst the South East’s best. Responsibilities Procurement Cash flow forecasting Tender and contract documents Final accounts Contracts Valuations Variations Attend professional and client meetings Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule Mitigate commercial risks Requirements 5 years + experience Non-negotiable - High End Residential projects Experience of working for a main contractor Excellent communication and negotiation skills Salary & Benefits £60,000 - £80,000 Car Allowance Health Care 25 days holiday + training and guidance Collaborative environment Internal progression Location Surrey, Hampshire and the South East. #J-18808-Ljbffr
