The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The successful candidate will support students across Key Stages 1 and 2, with the flexibility to work in EYFS or secondary settings where needed. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN Assess, monitor and report on student progress, setting achievable targets Develop and implement personalised learning plans and interventions Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents and external specialists to support pupils' learning and wellbeing Promote independence, confidence and self-esteem in all students Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe learning environment Contribute to the wider school community and participate in professional development Person Specification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN education Strong understanding of different SEND needs, including ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and SEMH Excellent classroom management and communication skills Ability to deliver interventions 1:1 and in small groups Passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing Experience in collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams Why Join Us: Supportive, inclusive and collaborative school community Opportunities for professional development and SEN specialism training The chance to make a real difference in the lives of children If you want to be a part of this amazing team and make a real difference to children's lives please apply today and Levi will follow up with next steps.
