Laboratory Technician

A business in the field of accreditation requires a Laboratory Technician to carry out all aspects of testing. The ideal candidate would have experience of working in a laboratory environment and working to standards. Commutable from : Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Wellington, Shifnal, Newport, Oakengates, Madeley Salary : £25,000 - £27,000 p.a. DOE Suitable for : Laboratory Technician, Test Engineer, Test Technician, Lab Technician The Role Reporting into the Operations Manager you will have the following duties : Assisting junior members of staff with inhouse booking systems. Carrying out testing of all products to industry standards. Liaising with customers on the progress of their product testing. The Person Preferably educated to HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering you will have the following experience : Working in a laboratory environment to industry standards is preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft packages such as Excel. Attention to detail is essential to this role. Full training is provided.
