This high-impact role blends creativity with data, shaping the soundscape for millions of listeners globally. What You’ll Do: Creative Curation: Curate and maintain a large portfolio of global instrumental playlists. You will listen extensively to new music to ensure tracks are high quality and perfectly fit a specific mood. Data Strategy: Use playlist performance data and analytics to validate your curation choices, understand consumer behavior, and identify global trends. Quality Assurance (QA): Apply your strong understanding of music structure to ensure sonic flow and quality across all playlists. Who We’re Looking For: A true music enthusiast with experience in music curation, programming, or supervision. Someone with in-depth knowledge of instrumental genres and a strong interest in Wellness. Crucially, you must be willing and able to work with and respond to data and analytics.
