About The Role EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team. This role will be based from our Milton Keynes office with weekly travel to sites and compounds throughout Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. Due to the travel requirements we require all candidates to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle. You will work with the senior leadership team to support the development of an effective people strategy to include HR agenda, strategies, policies and practices. Working in conjunction with the parent company HR team, you will ensure adherence with relevant contractual terms of employment and the development of best practice policies as appropriate to the EKFB JV. Improving and monitoring employee productivity, and supporting staff wellness initiatives is a key aspect of this role. About You Extensive operational HR experience within the private sector Experience working in the construction industry is desirable Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills Level 5 CIPD qualified You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle About Us EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Agroman and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
