The primary focus of this role is to facilitate the adoption of new tools and solutions to elevate legal service delivery within the firm. Key Responsibilities: Cultivating strong relationships with lawyers firm‑wide. Developing and executing engagement strategies. Aligning initiatives with the firm’s strategic objectives. Participating in meetings to provide updates on legal technology advancements. Serving as a subject‑matter expert on current and emerging legal tech tools. Supporting the implementation and integration of new legal technology. Designing and conducting tailored training sessions for lawyers. Promoting the adoption of new tools and offering necessary assistance. Monitoring and evaluating adoption rates and effectiveness of implemented solutions. Sharing industry insights and best practices. Contributing to team objectives and priorities. Required Experience and Skills: Profound knowledge of legal processes and workflows. Exceptional communication skills and relationship‑building capabilities. Proven track record in identifying and implementing innovative solutions. A genuine enthusiasm for innovation and a history of driving engagement and adoption. To excel in this role, it is desirable that you have previous experience in legal innovation, a comprehensive understanding of available legal technology tools, as well as strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
