Retail Business Development Manager Join NATIVO Design as a Retail Business Development Manager within our SPAR Blakemore Trade Partners Team. The role supports and develops the existing SPAR convenience store customer base, ensuring multi‑site retailers meet A.F. Blakemore and SPAR standards. Key Responsibilities Develop retail business plans, operational targets and budgets with retailers. Monitor and improve retailer adherence to SPAR operating standards. Track retailer performance and facilitate necessary improvements. Manage bad debt, liaising with head office on identified issues. Support implementation of new SPAR initiatives and provide guidance on legislation and best practice. Build strong relationships with retailer teams while balancing the needs of the AFB Group. Identify and report potential trade or payment issues to head office. Integrate new retailers from recruitment and represent the Sales Department in project groups. Essential Qualifications Managerial experience in convenience store or supermarket. Account management experience with B2B customers, ideally in convenience/food. UK driving licence. High numeracy and literacy skills. Strong knowledge of retail operations. Excellent customer service and self‑motivation. Experience in account/field management.
