Design Lead – TieTalentJoin to apply for the Design Lead role at TieTalent.What will you be doing?We're looking for an experienced Design Lead to oversee mobile network development projects. You will ensure compliance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, prioritising health and safety. Acting as Principal Designer, you’ll manage design programmes, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead risk management efforts during the pre-construction phase. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and teams to integrate safety into project delivery and maintain essential documentation, including design risk assessments.
