Come join a growing Salesforce Practice and work on fun projects with good peopleJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced functional Solution Architect who specializes in the Salesforce Revenue Cloud and loves to work collaboratively with clients to design and implement CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions.Responsibilities:Design and deliver quote-to-cash (Q2C) automation solutions using the Salesforce Revenue CloudOperate in a client-facing capacity to gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements into well-architected solutionsLead discovery workshops to gather, define, and document current and future state business processes and functional requirementsDevelop robust, scalable and flexible solutions through the creation of architectural designs, prototypes, and proof-of-conceptsAct as the overall solution owner during the implementation phase ensuring the project’s scope and outcomes are on trackConduct solution architecture reviews with project team members prior to design and development activitiesServe as the functional lead and coach team members to implement declarative configurations and customizationsDemonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities and clearly communicate its limitations and best practices to clientsDevelop and present solution options to client, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customizationProvide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutionsRequirementsWhat you bring to the role:6+ years of Salesforce industry experience in a consulting capacity working with the Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (required), Billing (preferred), and Experience Cloud (preferred)Prior experience as a Solution Architect or similar role on 4+ quote-to-cash CPQ projectsComplete understanding of data models, product/pricing master data management and standard ERP integration reference architectureHands-on declarative configuration expertise implementing products and price books, price rules, flows, advanced approvals, discounting, quoting, invoicing, and amendment and renewal processesWorking knowledge of custom development concepts such as flows, lightning components, apex, triggers and web servicesExcellent client-facing written and oral communications skillsExperience in the High Tech or Manufacturing industries highly desiredActive Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire within first several monthsBachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or engineeringWhat We OfferWhat we’ll do for you:Competitive compensation packageHealth, dental, life & disability insuranceFlexible, collaborative work environment with a commitment to work life balanceHybrid work environment (1-2 days in the office)Learn and challenge yourself in a fast-paced, growing tech companyPierce Washington is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
