They are looking for a Production Planner to assist with their increased workload. This role will be responsible for liaising with multiple departments, ensuring timeframes and customer expectations are met. Role & Responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer delivery deadlines and internal manufacturing capacity Ensure all products are manufactured and dispatched on time by planning and coordinating production activities effectively Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure alignment across departments Review incoming orders and provide accurate, achievable delivery dates Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to support uninterrupted production Identify potential production bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to maintain workflow efficiency Generate and analyse production reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and improving product quality Knowledge, Skills & Experience Experience working in a regulated or structured environment Comfort collaborating with technical and administrative teams A background in process improvement The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure Familiarity with planning or production systems (ERP or similar) is a bonus To apply please email your CV / resume to jackj@hunterselection.co.uk. - Jack Jenkins - 01908 010 438 For the purposes of the Conduct Regulations 2003, when advertising permanent vacancies we are acting as an Employment Agency, and when advertising temporary/contract vacancies we are acting as an Employment Business.
