Are you an experienced Bid Manager looking to join one of London’s leading fit out specialists? Our client is an award-winning contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality CAT A, CAT B and refurbishment projects across the capital. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented Bid Manager to join their pre-construction team in Central London.

The Role:

As Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full tender and bid process from initial enquiry through to submission. Working closely with the Pre-Construction Director, Estimators, and Design team, you’ll coordinate all technical and creative aspects of bid production, ensuring submissions are compelling, compliant, and professionally presented.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the end-to-end bid process across multiple tenders simultaneously

Reviewing tender documents and coordinating responses with internal stakeholders

*

Producing high-quality written content and client-focused proposal documents

*

Liaising with supply chain partners to gather supporting information and pricing

*

Leading bid reviews, presentations, and feedback sessions

*

Ensuring brand consistency and quality across all submissions

Requirements:

Proven experience managing bids within the fit out, refurbishment, or construction sector

*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*

Strong project coordination and time management abilities

*

Proficiency with InDesign or similar bid design tools desirable

*

A proactive, detail-focused mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
