About The Role As a Window and Door Sales Consultant you will be the go‑to professional, engaging with homeowners and offering bespoke solutions that turn dreams into reality. Your role is crucial for exceeding customer expectations and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners in their homes or at our showroom to discuss their needs, using qualified leads. Proactively offer suggestions and options that align with customer aspirations. Demonstrate a genuine caring approach, helping customers solve problems and address gaps in their homes. Show excellent product knowledge and communicate the benefits of our features effectively. Close sales and meet targets to support the group’s growth objectives. What We Are Looking For We seek motivated, eager sales consultants who either have industry experience or are ready to transition into home improvement sales. We will support talent through training and development. Ideal Qualifications Strong sales background. A genuine, professional approach that mirrors our brand values. A drive to exceed sales goals. Agility to thrive in a constantly shifting landscape. Stellar communication skills – listening, understanding, persuasiveness.
