Role Overview Cover maternity leave for the Apprentice Recruitment & Host Account Management function. Manage the end-to-end apprentice applicant journey, build and maintain relationships with host employers, and contribute to marketing and promotion initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage daily apprentice applicant journey: review applications, conduct telephone and TEAMS interviews, arrange interviews with host clients, produce CVs, confirm apprenticeship starts. Provide feedback and chase missing information to ensure timely progression. Develop and manage relationships with host companies, ensuring apprentice progress and satisfaction. Attend meetings with hosts, mentors, and training providers to resolve queries. Generate further business by developing relationships with existing host companies. Contribute to Apprentice of the Month/Year and marketing case studies. Support SWAC marketing campaigns through social media use and community engagement. Coordinate with MD, provider assessors/tutors, and other stakeholders for accurate communication. Maintain CRM system accurately and meet monthly targets. First point of contact for all client queries and maintain regular contact with current client accounts. Maintain a valid driver’s licence and an enhanced DBS record. Develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Present a professional image and engage in continuous professional development. Contribute to the achievement of the company’s Growth Plan. Skills & Attributes Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Confident communicator, written and verbal.
