Behaviour MentorImmediate startExcellent rates of paySuitable for a recent Graduate looking to develop a career in schoolsGreat opportunity for an experienced TA looking to take on extra responsibilitiesA Behaviour Mentor is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South East London.This Behaviour Mentor position will be full time and long term.If appointed as a Behaviour Mentor, your responsibilities will include but be limited to:Acting as a mentor for students with behaviour needs through effective role modelling, forming positive relationships and utilising creative approaches which provide them with the skills to be successful and happyProviding targeted interventions and support to students within the key stage and contribute to the raising standards agendaEncouraging and enabling students to become independent and resilient learners by providing one to one and small group coaching in academic related skills, wellbeing & self-management and emotional literacyThe rates of pay for this Behaviour Mentor role will be between £82.14 to £120 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.The SchoolA Free School located in the London Borough of Greenwich, created from what was a former University Technical College.The site is located between two scenic green spaces.Pupil intake is for boys and girls aged 11 to 19 year olds.Construction and Engineering are the specialisms of the school.
