ResponsibilitiesDeliver strategic software consultancy servicesSoftware architecture, design, verification and validation to industry standardsSoftware process design and improvementDevelopment and implementation of software for industrial productsLead, recruit and develop the software services teamDrive new skills and service development such as AI within safety‑critical systems QualificationsGraduate in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experienceStrong proficiency in multiple software languagesExperience developing and auditing software processesSelf‑motivated, adaptable and keen to learnKnowledge of safety‑critical software standards (DO‑178C, IEC61508, EN 50126, EN 50128)Mid‑senior level experienceConfiguration management and control practices knowledgeWillingness to travel Security ClearanceApplicants must obtain and/or maintain a valid security clearance.
