About the Role: Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning support. Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils. Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required. Helping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Assignments can vary from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements, offering flexibility and variety. What We Offer: Flexible working – choose the days that suit your schedule. Variety – gain experience across different schools and year groups. Competitive daily rates – £90.00 to £120.00 per day (depending on experience). Requirements: Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable). A positive, caring, and adaptable attitude. Good communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for supporting primary education. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
