What You’ll Do Perform finishing operations on aerospace components to exact specifications Use hand tools and precision measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges) Deburr, polish, and inspect parts for quality and compliance Support TPM and EH&S initiatives to maintain a safe, efficient workplace Rotate across AM/PM shifts as required What You’ll Bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience in metal finishing or a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement Excellent teamwork and communication skills Why This Role?
