Job Description

Are you a passionate Core Subjects teacher looking for flexible and rewarding work? We have an exciting opportunity for experienced science tutors to join our team in Brent and the surrounding areas

Role Requirements:

  • Pay: £30 per hour
  • DBS on Update: Must have an up-to-date DBS check.
  • Subjects: Core Subjects
  • Location: South London

This tutor role involves:

  • Planning lessons and resources around the student's needs, which could include core subjects or life skills.
  • Planning and delivering engaging sessions.
  • Applying skills to raise pupils' confidence.
  • Managing children with challenging behaviour.
  • Tracking the learning progress of the student to achieve desired learning outcomes and providing monthly reports.
  • Potentially engaging in outdoor activities such as learning about plants and nature with the student.
  • Learning about visuals to communicate in some cases.
