If you excel at tackling contaminated land challenges, driving geotechnical innovation, and leading teams to deliver impactful solutions, this is your next move. 🌍 What You’ll Own Lead major geo-environmental projects from scope to delivery. Mentor and grow a high-performing technical team. Build lasting client partnerships and drive new business. Manage budgets, KPIs, and overall project performance. Influence long-term strategy and market positioning. 🎯 What You Bring A degree in Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field. Strong consultancy background in contaminated land, investigations, and remediation. Proven leadership in team management, technical delivery, and client relationships. Solid knowledge of UK environmental and planning regulations.
