This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team at a pivotal moment of industry transformation. You’ll play a key role in advancing customer understanding, leading validation projects, and driving continuous improvement across technical and commercial functions. As Product Specialist, you will : Lead customer adoption projects and rollout programs for this technology. Deliver technical support and training to pharmaceutical, healthcare, and engineering clients. Contribute to new business initiatives and assess impact on Quality Management Systems Develop deep product knowledge and communicate it effectively to customers. Guide clients through hydrogen peroxide bio-decontamination validation strategies. Apply microbiological understanding to support product validation and development. Write clear, data-driven reports and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. Travel globally to support customer engagements and technical implementations. To be considered for the role of Product Specialist, you will have the following skills and experience : Educated to Degree in a pharmaceutical or scientific discipline preferred Candidates must have experience with VHP(Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) decontamination Gained minimum of 3 years’ experience working within an aseptic / sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, in either a microbiology, engineering, or validation capacity Microbiological and validation expertise is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality management systems. Experience leading teams and working directly with customers and suppliers Commercially aware and capable of managing upwards to keep senior stakeholders informed. Resilient, optimistic, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
