A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential. Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Compensation & Hours Pay: £12.21 - £12.45 per hour *plus accrued holiday pay. Working Hours: Zero hour contract – flexibility to work different shifts each week depending on nursery needs, between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Location: Sandhills Day Nursery, Boston, West Business Park, Sleaford Road, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8EG About Our Nursery Our beautiful Boston nursery has three main ‘home-from-home’ play rooms, providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Outdoor play holds great importance, with each room having its own individual garden and a large shared garden with wooden play equipment where children can play with other age groups. We are conveniently located in central Boston, near bus and train stations, and close to road links with a large secure car park. Responsibilities Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care. Application Information Ready to make a difference?
