We are currently recruiting dedicated Cover Supervisors for several secondary schools in Daventry starting October 2025. This role is an excellent opportunity to step into the school environment, support students and staff, and build practical skills in education. Role Summary: As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for managing classrooms when regular teachers are absent. Using prepared lesson plans and resources, you will ensure students stay focused, engaged, and complete their assigned work throughout the day.
