Role Overview Full‑time permanent post for a Housing and Welfare Rights Officer with the North Manchester Early Intervention for Psychosis Team. The role is based in the NORTH team – Central Park and will also cover part of the central team. Key Responsibilities Support and promote service users to access income and benefits. Help reduce debt. Secure housing and support transition into new tenancies. Assist service users to live more independently and maximise success of independent living. Attend groups run by the service to support service users and carers with information and advice. Role Details Full‑time position (37.5 hours per week). Team working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (flexible working can be discussed). Staff Benefits 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 29 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years). Excellent pension. Cycle to work scheme. Salary sacrifice car scheme.
