No prior teaching experience is required-just your technical expertise and willingness to guide others.About the RoleDeliver engaging training sessions in Marine Control Systems and Diagnostics.Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.Assess coursework and provide constructive feedback.Support trainee welfare and progression throughout their learning journey.Contribute to departmental tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.This is a term-time position (45 weeks per year), with scheduled non-working weeks during Christmas, Easter, and August.
