This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of innovative plumbing and heating solutions, supporting both domestic and large‑scale commercial projects across the UK. Working within the Projects Team, you’ll play a vital role in providing technical, design and estimating support to the UK Sales Team, helping deliver accurate system designs, quotations and customer solutions for a variety of building applications. Key Responsibilities Support the UK Sales Team by managing customer enquiries and providing timely technical advice. Produce commercial and domestic system designs, quotations and estimates. Create technical drawings, hydraulic calculations and material lists for client proposals. Provide day‑to‑day technical support to sales and marketing teams. Ensure design and estimating deliverables are completed on time and to specification. Assist in the development of design tools, processes and documentation. Develop proficiency with company software and systems through structured training. What They’re Looking For Proven experience in design and estimating roles within plumbing, heating or HVAC sectors. Strong technical mindset with a good grasp of design principles, fluid mechanics and heat transfer. Proficiency in CAD tools, MS Office and relevant engineering or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with a collaborative approach. HNC / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (advantageous). Candidates with strong estimating experience and interest in developing design capability are encouraged to apply.
